Understanding people.
Informing better decisions.
I’m a mixed-methods research lead and experimental psychologist. I help teams understand their audiences, evaluate ideas, and make product and business decisions grounded in evidence.
My work spans UX, market research, and human interaction with AI.

About
At User Research International, I lead research for technology product teams. My work includes messaging studies, developer interviews, usability research, segmentation, and enterprise AI adoption.
I hold a PhD in experimental psychology from UC San Diego and a degree in neuroscience from Columbia University. That background informs how I approach human judgment, trust, and the design of research itself.
I also develop AI-assisted research tools and coach researchers in their use. Across these projects, I care about choosing methods that answer the question and knowing what the evidence can support.
